Privacy Policy

We collect very little. There are no user accounts, no tracking cookies, no advertising networks and no third-party analytics. We do not sell or share personal information.

Listing information. What an advertiser gives us to publish: name or working name, photographs, a short description, location, and the contact details they want shown. This is published deliberately and is visible to anyone.

Reviews. The name, optional location, rating and text submitted with a review. We also store the IP address a review was sent from, solely to limit spam. IP addresses are never published.

Basic usage counts. We count how often a profile page is opened and how often its contact buttons are tapped. These are anonymous totals — no names, no cookies, nothing that identifies a visitor.

Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard web-server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

No accounts or passwords for visitors. No payment details — we never take payment from visitors and no transaction passes through this site. No tracking or advertising cookies. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar. We do not build profiles of visitors or follow you across other websites.

Listings remain until the advertiser asks us to remove them, or we remove them under our Content Policy. Reviews remain while the listing does. IP addresses attached to reviews are kept only as long as needed for spam prevention. Server logs are kept for a short period on a rolling basis.

Nobody, other than the hosting provider that runs our servers. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We will disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to report material involving a minor or apparent coercion.

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@hottescort.com and we will respond within 30 days.
